On: 2009-09-21I bought this PFD for sailing purposes, since I left my original (and much cheaper) PFD at home when I left for college. Its very soft and much more comfortable than the cheaper foam padding vests, and feels very "squishy. In fact, Im pretty sure if I needed to I could use this as a pillow since its so soft. The only drawback is that the neckline zipper is very high up, which hampers ducking down at times, although this is very easy to fix by simply lowering the zipper (the straps will still hold it together even with the zipper undone completely). Overall, I am very satisfied with this vest, it is much better than the one I had before and not as expensive as many others. |
